The Origins

Started out in 2006 as an idea for good mental health and mental health recovery, physical exercise and a social network all rolled into one, for people who might not have much access to any or all of the above.

Has kept going since that time, with thick and thin periods and a dedicated core group.

We are a warm and friendly team, who of course want to win!! but who recognise that the taking part enjoyably (ie inclusivity) is very important!
