COURSES

Football Futures [8 Nov @ 1:37pm]

We are one of only 6 clubs in the region to have been invited by BCFA to take part in the Football Futures programme (formerly Youth Leaders). The programme is aimed at primarily 14 - 16 year olds and providessupport to a selected number of Young Leaders as they look to gain invaluable experience and knowledge through volunteering their time to work in football. There are a maximum of 20 places available across the Brakes and Lions, and we will be holding an open evening on Tuesday 2nd November at NWG. Both players and their parents are invited to come along that night and learn more about what is involved and what the benefits will be for anyone who would like to get involved. This really is an excellent initiative and something really positive for children to put on their CV's if they are looking to get into higher / further education or wanting to enter employment. It is open to all provided they are willing and prepared to fully commit to the programme.
