A brilliant team performance given by all of you panthers today. Well done. A nice, mostly clean game given by both sides. Everyone commented on how much you have improved as a team and how you look a lot more confident playing in a match. We just need to work on the attacking shooting side but we are definitely given a good game against a tough side. By the way Penzance lost 7-0 against this side so it shows that we have a stronger defence and better play throughout the field but just not lucky around the goal shooting area.

Well done to Daniel who made some cracking saves today, unfortunately all the goals were sneaky and just out of reach today. Well done ash who defended and cleared well and took a couple of great corners. Well done to Ben who had the game of his life today and made some of the best and most fearsome tackles I have ever seen in 7 a side football. You played unbelievable. You really took one for the team. Jack also played well today who made some great clearances and some great passes especially through a Helston player’s leg and took it on the other side. That was pretty cool. Well done Jacob as well with some amazing skill and some good passes. Well done Thomas who made some great tackles for the team and you played well in defence / mid today. Congratulations to Beth on her first game you did well and helped clear a few balls for the team and added some pressure. Well done to Dan our captain today who nearly scored and played well in strike / midfield you did some good skill and attacked well. You did some good skills round players and made a good cross early on. Well done toby on your near goal it was so close but goalie just tapped it over. You also put some great tackles in as well.

You all played with your heads today and thought about all the moves you made and defended so well today. You really matched Helston’s level of football today but we just need to bury a goal and then you will progress your brilliant results even more. The last time we played these we lost 6-0 so we played twice as well than we did last time. You really looked grown up today out there and were playing great football for your age. You should all feel proud as I do.
