DIFFICULT START FOR NEW MANAGER

Leigh's new Manager, Chris Coupe has had a baptism of fire in his first month in the job. Injuries and unavailability of key players has hindered his team selection. However given the resouces to hand the team has under achieved and should have picked up at least another 6 points from games they should have won given the circumstances.
Chris has kept pegging away and should be helped soon with a couple of players returning for selection and hopefully we will see a turnaround in results.
The reserves have hardly got started yet due to postponements but have an unbeaten record so far - played one - won one. The same goes for the Academy.
Work has not yet even started on the pitch so we have a very awkward situation with our home games.
