From Dunstable and south

Take the A5 towards Milton Keynes. At the roundabout for the A505 turn left and follow the A505 to the roundabout with the A418 (I think it’s the 4th roundabout). At the A418 roundabout turn right. After passing through the traffic lights and under the railway bridge take the first right into Cedars Way. At the mini roundabout turn left into Mentmore Road. The playing fields are on this road on the right hand side.

From M1 Junction 13

Take the A4012 to Woburn turning left at the T-junction just past the village hall. Take the next right at the off centre cross roads. On reaching the A5 go straight over the roundabout towards Heath & Reach and Leighton Buzzard. Follow this road into Leighton Buzzard. At the first roundabout (just past Halfords on the left and Black Horse pub on the right) turn right.
At the traffic lights outside Tesco get in the left-hand lane. Go left at the next set of traffic lights. Take the first left into Mentmore Road. The playing fields can be seen on the left with the car park at the far end of the playing fields.

Mentmore Road Memorial Park

From the car park take the footpath towards the pavilion. The entrance to the changing rooms is at the far end of the building. There is a separate changing room for the officials.
