Leighton Linslade Ladies formed in 1983 playing in the Chiltern League. Following WFA regional reorganisations they became members of the Eastern Region.

In 1992 the Club moved to the Southern Region Womens’ Football League. From Division 4 the Club had consecutive promotions to Division 2 and then a League restructuring promoted them to the Premier Division only to be relegated in 2001. The were champions of the Beds & Herts County Girls’ and Womens’ League in 2007/8 which saw them promoted into the Eastern Region League Southern Division where they finished 7th last season.
