Lenzie coach Micheal Richford ran the "Great Scottish Run" on Sunday 7th Sept on behalf of The LYC 96s
Micheal did the run in just over 2 Hours (with a sprained ankle he sustained at the 3.5 mile mark) which was a great achievment and is well respected by all at LYC.
