LILLEY RANGERS FC
One of the founder members of the North Home Counties Football League in 1966/67, merged with Stopsley Rangers in 1993/94 to incorporate a reserve side. The first team folded in 1998/99, but this heralded a rise up the league for the 2nd team.
The team had its base in Lilley village with private facilities and the pitch fondly known as 'the Lilley Bowl' until 5 years ago when fire destroyed the changing rooms, with no funds available for repairs we were forced to relocate and are now based on public pitches at Lothair Road in Luton.
