LUTON ASSOCIATION ROVERS

Luton Assocation Rovers was created by Paul Rowe and family in 2007. Where they were entered in the Barket Luton super league.

The team originates from the past four years where as a bunch of lads met every sunday at midday on lewsey park, where we played football till it got dark.

Since we have joined a league we no longer meet up for a kick around as we have matches now. But when we got no game we still meet up and have a kick about or do a bit of training.

At the moment we have a squad of 21 players. But that isnt always the case come sunday morning. We have played alot of games short of men, which does not help one bit.

Our first season in the league is now over and we havent done very well, apart from a few moments here and there! We finished bottom of the league which sums up our poor season! so we can only improve next year!

The good thing is we got youth and now older players on our side and im certain if we can keep these lads together and get them playing in same postions week in week out we will get better as a team and maybe we can challenge for league title one season! sooner rather than later!

So come on lads lets put some hard work in and start winning some games!!
