The story so far.

We started training in june at Greatstone school.
From day one the boys have been fanastic,they have listened and understood the basics,and from there they have just got better and better,most boys this age play what i call swarm ball where they all chase the ball at the same time,but not these boys they no and understand already how important it is to be in space and to give and go.
It really has been a pleasure teaching these boys the beautiful game, they have made our job easy as they have learnt so much so quick.
we play 3/4 matches of 10 minutes each way every other saturday at the ashford mini soccer centre,all our games are friendlies this year(we join a league under 8/9s in september)

So as you can see the boys really have done great so far.
But of course all this would not be possible without help,so i would like to thank jo, christina and ben for giving up their time and helping me out, mark richardson who gave me so much help and advice when we started,Greatstone school for their on going support,john & angie at GEC(greatstone electrical services) for sponsoring us for the boys kit & managers coats,and of course the parents who have been really great and supportive, big thanks to mark for reffing all our games,kim our nurse,and sandra the debt collector.
