The current Lyndhurst reserves was formed in 2007 when our youth team progressed into mens football, after a couple of successful seasons in junior football, the club have decided to move the reserves to the Hampshire combination league, a better standard of football, players and grounds, in this first season of combination football any top half finish will be deemed as a success, but as any reserve side the aim is to push the first team, get our players playing well enough to get called up and this should produce results in the league, with the youth team pushing the senior squad hard for places and new signings at the club, the future for not just the reserves but for the club looks very good indeed.
