Season 2005/6

Promoted to Division 1 as league runners. The only team to beat league winners Scotia Billericay.
Welcome collected their first ever silverware by winning the Division 2 League Cup Final 3-1 over Springfield Rouge.
Welcome were added to the Burnham Charity Cup at end of season following a team dropping out. They were put in Division 1 along with other Premier League and Intermediate league teams and went on to win the final 3-0 against Southminster.

Season 2004/05

After poor start to life in Division 2, the team had to recover in the 2nd half of season and ended up with a mid table finish whilst again reaching the semi's of the Dave Strachan Cup only to lose again to Ongar who were sitting clear at the top of the premier at the time.

Season 2003/04

Finished the season being promoted after finising 2nd to Gallabright FC who pipped them to the league with only 2 games remaining.
Reached the semi-final of the Dave Strachan cup only to lose to an Ongar team from the Premier thanks to a dubious penalty decision.

Season 2002/03

Known as 3 Cups, this was the 1st season in existence and ended the season with a mid table finish in Mid Essex Division 3.
