Formed in 2004, Middleton Park Football Club is an FA Charter Standard Community Club for Junior Players (both Male and Female) of all ages from 18 month old to Open Age (Adult) players aged 16+.

Run entirely by volunteers, the Club is located within the Middleton & Belle Isle districts of Leeds and is based at the Cranmore & Raylands Community Centre, Cranmore Drive, Leeds, LS10 4AW.

Awarded the 'West Riding Charter Standard Club of the Year 2010', the Club is making great strides in the Community and has one of the fastest growing girls sections in the area and an ever growing boys section.

The Club is an associate member of the Football Association and affiliated to the West Riding County Football Association. The Club also affiliates to several Leagues as below;

Boys Teams - Garforth Junior League
Girls Teams - West Riding Girls' League
Mens Teams - Yorkshire Amateur League
Ladies Teams - West Riding County Womens League
