You acknowledge that that any transaction made via this Club Shop is between you and the club. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Club Website Ltd against all costs, losses damages and liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to any transactions made via this website.

Club Terms and Conditions:

All orders made through our website will be available for collection from; 

The Kit & Equipment Officer based at Middleton Park F.C, Cranmore & Raylands Community Centre, Cranmore Drive, Leeds, LS10 4AW .

MPFC Items are for collection only unless arranged otherwise with the Clubs Kit & Equipment Officer.
 
Items will arrive 14 days after your order is placed and paid for, collection is Saturdays only unless arranged with the Kit & Equipment Officer. 

Although we have no returns policy, all items are checked before distribution and any issues should be taken up with the Clubs Kit & Equipment Officer who will endeavour to rectify any problems.
