INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY

Steel Framed Services was set up in February 2011 as a draughting service to facilitate

customers in the Rapid Dry Envelope market. Since then it has evolved to also include the

supply of non standard cold rolled materials, hot rolled design and detailing as well as

partnering with installers of both hot and cold rolled material to offer a complete package.

With over 20 years experience in the construction industry in areas including Hot Rolled

Steel, Load Bearing and Non Load Bearing Light Steel Frame and Pre-Cast Concrete, we

believe that we are in the best place to offer a full, one stop facility.

We believe Steel Framed Services can be beneficial in areas including, but not exclusively, as

follows:

Rapid Dry Envelope (RDE) and Load Bearing Light Steel Frame (LSF)

o

Initial Design Service for quoting purposes to include basic wind load and stud

calculations (non PI covered).

o

Draughting Service consisting of stick drawings, details and scheduling.

o

Supply of materials to include PI covered calculations.

o

Installation of RDE and LSF using our network of installers covering the

majority of Britain. These installer can often offer a full through the wall

service including the external cladding and internal lining system.

Experience in these markets comes from working for companies such as Lindab and Metsec

in the RDE sector and Framing Solutions and Fusion in the LSF sector.

General Arrangement and Fabrication Draughting Service.

PI covered calculations.

o

Supply of materials through a chain of local fabricators, to include a full

E******N service, where required.
