Match days are Sundays KO 2pm at Lancaster & Morecambe College.

 Morecambe LFCs ground, Lancaster & Morecambe College has undergone major work last summer with the introduction of a state of the art 3g pitch which is FIFA 2/RFL approved (In simple terms means can play any FA league games on there-even premier league!!!) The pitch has now been approved by our league to enable us to play league games on there as and when. We have a beautiful grass pitch though which we will predominantly be playing our matches on however now have the advantage of training all year round plus never having games called off (unless 6ft snow arrives of course!)

Behind the scenes...
Our ever reliable and invaluable coach and Manager are still a big part of the set up, Sy Fawcett and Nick Barrett, are continuing their hard work in developing the club this season to match the facilities and work towards Charter Standard.
We have seen the introduction of new coach Robbie George midway through season 10/11 who is working towards his UEFA B badge. Robbie is also very keen to help the club progress and assist with the development of a youth section. Robbie is in charge of putting the girls through their paces for preseason training!

This season MLFC have more motivation than ever and realise 2012/13 they would love nothing more than to win the league again and gain access to the Womens North Combinations!!
