MORLEY RANGERS YOUTH

Welcome everyone old and new to Morley Youth. I would first like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for his hard work in helping to get this team up and running, and I would like to wish the under 12s all the success in the future.
We are now our own separate team, and will be training as so, I would like to thank Dave Elliott who has kindly come forward to offer his assistance with the training and at match days, he will a great asset to both me and the boys! Anyone else who wishes to help in any way are more than welcome.
Being a new team I am keen to create our own identity as soon as possible i.e. new training tops, away kit, track suits est. I already have some ideas to raising some money but it would appreciate any ideas whether that be knowing a firm or an individual who would like to offer some sort of sponsorship or other ways of raising money your help would be greatly appreciated by all our boys.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
I will be keeping in touch with everyone in various ways through the web site witch is Morley ranger, click on teams and then 12s youth. There will be teamer text were I would appreciate it if when you get these text you could reply to them with a y for yes and an n for no ASAP, and normal text messages.

I want to keep a very positive attitude through out the team striving to win is more important than winning its self.
Training should be enjoyable but I will be expecting 100% from every one and GOOD behaviour is paramount one or two boys being disruptive or not listening can ruined it for everyone. Good effort and behaviour will be rewarded!!
WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU
Provide encouragement to all the team, make sure your child turns up for training and matches fit to play i.e. not having just eaten a large meal and with all the right kit i.e. boots shin pads shirts right shorts and socks and a drink.Demonstrate good behaviour and sportsmanship
