Morley Rangers are now in their 20th anniversary season. From our beginnings in 1989 we have now grown to have teams from 3-5 year olds up to adults catering for males, females of all abilities. Our current secretary Joanne Hughes has decided that at the end of the 2009/2010 season she will be standing down from her role as club secretary.Joanne has taken the club to new heights and during her time as secretary has seen the introduction first of the charter standard award and then to the next level as a chartered development club. As a charter development club we have introduced girls football where we have had some of the most success in recent seasons. Also has seen the introduction of not one but two mens teams giving players an exit route from their football at DJM level. Joanne originally took over the role of secretary from Carol Orchard who was our second secretary at the club taking the role from our first secretary and club president Keith Blacker.
Morley are now looking for our forth secretary to progress the club into the next stage of the clubs era. Taking over from the 2010/2011 season the new secretary will take over the biggest club in Plymouth which we have been for the past three seasons. Also the club is currently looking towards the community club award placing us at the heart of the community and again setting a benchamark to other clubs in the area. For enquiries about the position which will begin during this current season alongside Joanne to train please email us at karlblacker@hotmail.co.uk
