Mulgrave bowed out at the last 16 of the John Dowson trophy with a thrashing from Blackhall. Again the team was injury hit with 6 of the usual starting 11 nursing injuries. The score was harsh on the hosts with a flurry of goals in the last few minutes for Blackhall. In dreadful conditions the only posistives were a superb individual goal for Craig Mottram and a gritty tough tackling display from Iain Bickerstaff. With the biggest game of the season just days away Mulgrave hope to be boosted by the reurn of Steven Wheatly, Gavin Hunter and James Shaw for the must win encounter.
