Division 1 Champions 2006/2007
Mulgrave came into the 1st Division with a view to finishing as high as possible as it was their first season at this level, but such was the success they had they managed to clinch the championship and are now moving up to the Premier League. A few highlights from the season would be the 10-3 demolition of Silks, and a victory against Belle Vue that not many would have predicted when Mulgrave cantered to a 5-0 victory!
Mulgrave finished the season on 60 points, 3 ahead of nearest rivals Fens who pushed them all the way! Mulgrave had the best attack in the league, scoring an impressive 96 goals and conceded only 43 - second best in the league only to Belle Vue who conceded 42.
Mulgrave were on for the double at the end of the season as they were in the final of the 1st Division cup against Welfare Athletic but eventually lost in a close encounter by 3-2.
