The History of Nettleham Ladies Since the Amalgamation

The present Nettleham Ladies FC was formed at the start of the 2008/09 season - when Nettleham Ladies FC and Nettleham Ladies Reserves amalgamated as one team.

The then Nettleham Ladies FC played in the Lincolnshire County Women's League and Nettleham Ladies Reserves played in the Notts Girls and Ladies League.

The Newly formed Nettleham Ladies FC entered the Lincolnshire County Women's League in 2008/09 season and finished second in the league before going on to win the League Cup.

In 2009/10, Nettleham won the Lincolnshire County Women's League and were promoted to EMWFL Division One North.

2010/11, Saw Nettleham finish in 5th position in the final week of play and in 2011/12 Nettleham finished 2nd in the League and gained promotion to the EMWFL Prem division where they will be playing their football next season.

2011/12, also saw Nettleham reach the final of the League Cup, Outcome TBC on the 20th May
