-The Gaffer- played football on the Island and in Hampshire for almost 30 years and has managed Newchurch for nearly 10years. Passionate and Committed (some say he should be committed) to local football, he has a high expectation of all his players, and doesn-t like to see talent wasted by lack of effort and commitment.

Personally, I will support all of the players at the club, irrespective of circumstances, and expect the same in return.
And I dislike losing ! I will accept being beaten by a better side on any given day, but it doesn-t mean I have to like it. I expect my players to adopt a similar attitude.
