In the current economic climate, job and work opportunites are scarce, and many jobs are filled by the time they get in the papers.
So the new Help a Club Mate page under 'Other Pages' will list monthly, Newchurch players (and officials) who are looking for work, and also what they are looking for. If you can help, either let them know directly, or send a message via the Contacts page, and we'll pass the details on.

Download (pdf): 97 KBVerity O'Shaughnessy, daughter of the Vicar of Newchurch, is planning to climb Mount Kilimanjaro (yes, the same one the stars climbed for Comic Relief) to raise money for Childreach International.
Full details are in the attachment. Whilst money is tight for everyone at the moment, Verity is looking for donations from sponsors, however small this may be. This is a good cause, and as this has links to Newchurch Village, any support would be appreciated. Donations can be made on line, and the details are in the attachment.
