What a game, the first half could easily have ended 3:3 but it was not to be some due to some awful decisions by 2 of the 3 officials which left the 4th Offiicial in a dilema as to why??. However unfortunate for Newent you can only play to the whistle (warts and all).
Half time 3:1 to Sedbury United.
The second half was a different Game Sedbury United lifted a gear and Newent Town Reserves did not.
then suddenly 5:1 appeared but finally Newent got a second goal but far too late.
A couple of minutes later the whistle went for full time.
Final Score 5:2 to Sedbury United congratulations to them, maybe next year for Newent Town Reserves, since most people seem to forget that this Newent Town Reserves side were only promoted from Division Two this Season.
AN EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE.
Maybe Next Year could be the ONE.
