NEWTOWN ROVERS F.C.

The club begins its search for a new 1st team Manager in the wake of 'H's departure. Obviously candidates of the calibre of the above would be welcome (except the guy on the right!) so, if interested, please contact Andy Hewitt or Kevin Davies (details on committee members page).


Newtown Rovers Football Club was founded back in 1975 and joined the Colchester & District Sunday League the following season.

To date, Newtown are the longest serving club in the Sunday League and have 2 teams (1st team & Reserves) competing in Divisions 3 & 4 respectively.

This season (2007/2008), the club is playing its' 32nd season as a League club.
