Tom is a big strong lad who can play virtually any position -
He is an excellent keeper and if he had listened to me when he was younger and with expert coaching he would now be at a professional club. He has always had the size and presence but maybe not the motivation in the past but we are
a stronger team with Tom in it and we are lucky to have him .
He can be the difference this season.
