Midshire Electrical eased in to the second round with a 6-1 win at Hartwell and Eagles United had a convincing win over Westone Club 81 A 7-2. AFC Crown Reserves beat South Northants 5-3 while Crown and Cushion Reserves edged out Abington Stanley 4-3.

Manfield Rangers Reserves hit the goal trail with a 7-3 victory over The Punch Reserves as Castle Rovers pipped Nene FC 2-1,while Lokomotiv Moulton missed out as they lost 3-2 to Northampton Obelisk. Helmdon Park narrowly beat Northampton Phoenix 1-0, Northampton Stars went down 3-2 to Wootton Fields Wanderers and Royals Reserves drew 1-1 with Church but the Posties lost the penalty shootout 3-0.

Obelisk United beat Selpark Rangers 3-1 while Spartak Moulton crashed 4-0 to Long Buckby Ravens, Vesta FC lost 3-1 to Collingtree and Eastern Athletic were 4-0 winners over Weston favell centre.
