Newspaper Reports - Parents Message

Message to Parents:

I have been contacted by the local press stating that due to the amount of youth football reports they get each week they are having to edit or remove reports which contain too many words.  They are generally looking at 100 words maximum and do not have the time to sift through and edit large reports. 
To this end I would like to give you prior warning that there is no guarantee that your child's name will be in the paper and as the paper requests names of goalscorers I realise that this can be unfair on certain positions who do an equally important role but don't often score.
I will do my best to complete a seperate report for the website if time allows.
