First formed in 1928, Old Thorntonians FC mainly consisted of players from local Old Boys School, ‘Henry Thornton School’ based at South Lodge, 45 Clapham Common.
The school has now all but disappeared, however the football club has gone from strength to strength. Ever present in the London Old Boys leagues and now the Amateur Football Combination, we continue to run three successful football teams in one of Europe’s biggest amateur football leagues.
Our home ground is Raynes Park Sports Ground in Wimbledon.
