A Message from our Chairman

Formed in 1986, Onslow FC (formally Onslow Boys FC) is a local football club primarily for the development of youth football in the Onslow Village area of Guildford.

Teams are registered to play in one of the local leagues , usually favouring the Surrey Primary League although league choice is at the managers discretion. Through our association with the University of Surrey, we are able to use the excellent facilities at the Varsity Centre, Egerton Road, Guildford for both weekly training sessions (Saturday mornings for younger players) and outstanding University pitches for home games, usually on a Sunday morning.

Running teams from Under 8 age group, right through to men’s football, Onslow FC is well supported, and efficiently run. Each team has a dedicated manager/coach, who has been trained and qualified to FA Level 1 coaching, and all officials have been CRB checked. We are currently applying to become a Charter Standard Club through Surrey FA.

We promote Club members to train as referees (at the appropriate age group) and strongly support the FA’s “Respect” campaign.

Onslow FC is a friendly Club with a welcoming ethos, which attempts to accommodate children of all abilities. Each year we have some silverware to show off at our annual presentation day, but we regard playing as important as winning. If your objective is to win at all cost and you aspire to turn professional, then Onslow FC is probably not the right club for you.
