Oswaldtwistle St Mary's Football Club consists of three senior sides and nine junior sides.
Two of the senior sides play in the East Lancashire Football League, the other plays in the Accrington & District Football Combination. The Junior Teams play in the East Lancashire Football Alliance. The Under 14 Team also plays in the Accrington and District Junior Football League.
