Ideals/ Ethics
• Play football in the spirit of the game – “play hard, play fair”
• Respect team mates, opposition and officials
• Commitment to become fully integrated a members of OWAFC, through regular attendance of games, training, socials etc

Fundamentals and Team Selection
• Annual subscriptions are to be payable in advance of 5 games into the season
• Match fees are to be paid every week to team managers without exception
• It is the responsibility of players to notify the availability coordinator/ team managers of their availability for selection each week. Lack of prompt responses to weekly availability requests makes it more difficult for team managers to include you in their squad selection.
• Regular attendance and commitment to training sessions may be considered in managers Saturday team selection

Equipment
• Players are to provide their own black shorts, black socks, shin pads and football boots.
• The Club provide shirts (red and black)
