1st Meeting between US and Brook Inn(team news) [14 Feb @ 2:50pm]

        This is proberly one of the biggest games of the year for my team, if we are to keep alive our hopes of becomeing Div 2 champs, it is so tight, ourselfs and Brook have not been out of the top 3 all year. Going by the 1st part of the season then its us or them with the best chance,but we both know that horrabridge will jump all over a slip by any of us,and Ker Street have the points, but played 5 more than us. And we have played 2 more than Brook Inn. So i know we must take something from this match. Returning from injury is Matt Reid who sufferd 6 stiches in his knee 3 week ago V Bar-sol-ona. Also Daniel Alderton is 50/50 with hamstring. (both our top goal scorers) Matt 18 Dan 19 goals... Matt Blatchford is a welcome return after his long ban, also hopeing Ryan Lowton is avilable. Other than that got a good bunch to choose from,as this season its been a very good squad effort,and no matter who missing the lads step in and do a great job, thats why were in the race... Im expecting a very hard fought game, with both teams giving 100%. I find this one a hard one to call, but i know if my lads play to there strenghts then we can walk away with something.... This is the first time we have meet this season.

What can you say about the team we play this week that people dont already know and fear... Well i do know that right now our lads dont fear anyone this year, It seem like i got a full squad to choose from apart from Gazza is working away and Ryan Lowton has under 18"s comitments. Also Dale Toombs is a slight dought.
We are a very different team to when we last met. But i know that on our day we can beat anyone,and that the beauty of the cup, we need them to have a bad day and us to have a good one...... We a know the size of the task in are way, but we must stay full hearted, and not fold like other teams do. We have nothing to lose by this game but so much to gain, to show that we can compete... That is all i ask THAT WE COMPETE FROM MINUTE ONE TIL THE LAST MIN. Get them to pens and i fancy us  all the way..... Time to be a team lads,nothing more nothing less.... 

Geff Dawkins Cup [20 Sep @ 8:07pm]

After getting through of our 1st cup comp last week, we will be looking to stay in this cup aswell, as ths one is the more likely we could win, but to win we must beat whats in front of us and in the first round is F,C.Duke and this is not a team to take lightly, we did beat them at there place 4 week ago in the league,but they were a threat and made us work for the points....
We should have a full squad to choose from with only Matt Blatchford out (ban). Dale Toombs is 50/50 due to a foot problem suffered last week,but will have late fitness test on it..... 

F.C.DUKE AWAY... 2011/12 [22 Aug @ 9:38pm]

After a great perfomance last week against Lamorna, i will be looking for us to carry this on, the only player missing is Gareth Roberts. But apart from that we have a full squad to choose from, even though im missing for next 2 games (in spain) skipper Jon Andrews will be taking the team,and im sure the lads will do there up most to really help each other as well as Jon,and im sure i will come back to a team in very good spirts..... But my thoughts will be with them on both days and will be eager to find out how they do...... 

Horrabridge Away [21 Feb @ 12:55am]

Matt Reid is still serveing his 42days,and Alex Johnston is still out with hamstring,other than that i have a good squad to choose from. New striker Will Broome,will be looking to make his first joining us,due to Matt Reids ban,winger Gareth Roberts is back and looking to get first team football,after being missing for 3 weeks,also Paul Flower is a welcome bonus, after not being avaible for last 2 games. I no we cannot take this team lightly as last game we was 4 up at half time and they got it back to 4....3, before we went on to win 6...4.so we know they are dangerous.

LAMORNA AWAY 23.1.11 [18 Jan @ 11:06pm]

With only Gareth Roberts missing(hockey) plus GK Ben Oriley still 50/50(knee). I have the same squad to choose from with which we beat Walkhampton in our last league game. So i have full conferdence we can go to staddy and come away with 3pts... We must kickon now,and we have showed more than once that we can mix it with the best, as we are the only team to beat Chaddelwood (cup)plus only team so far to take pts off them,plus only the 3rd team to take full points off Walkhampton. We just need to do it week in week out,starting this week. Lamorna are a tough side,and we know from last time they can hang onto a lead. So we need to be in top gear again.

Chaddlewood Away, [9 Sep @ 10:00pm]

With the first game being such a belter,ending 6 each,they scored with last kick of the game,the return game has a lot to live up to. Even more so now with us dropping 3pts against Dartmoor Pumas. Hoping to have a full squad to choose from,with new sigining Mike Hancock looking like he could start,due to Matt Reids injuiry last week.Garteth Roberts (GAZZA) is still 50/50,but came through training ok,is looking to make the bench,along with another new sigining Scott Blatchford,Center half Tony Goodwin should be back,along with striker Ryan Cork who is haveing a fine start to his season,scoreing 8goals in 5 league games. We get the job done and we will open this div wide open for about 4 other teams.......... Lets do it.
