A) Players can no longer tape up their jewellery. The only exception is if PLAIN WEDDING BANDS cannot physically be removed and only if referee is satisfied that is the case.

B) this is an addition to "delaying the restart of play" rule. PROVOKING A CONFRONTATION BY DELIBERATELY TOUCHING THE BALL AFTER THE REFEREE HAS STOPPED PLAY.

In other words if you touch the ball to do anything other than pass it back to opponent or ref so they can take free kick then you can be booked.
