Hello….. With only a few days to go now before we go on tour, I have enclosed some final tour notes. Please also read through your previous notes given out in March. Let’s hope the weather’s good & the tournaments go well, have fun but, stay safe, relax & enjoy & maybe you could bring home a trophy!!!!
ARRIVAL TIME: 12pm onwards
COLLECT KEYS: after 4pm from me in lounge/bar area
RETURN OF KEYS: to my caravan by 9am
T-Shirts will be given out with your caravan keys.

Well it’s not long now before we go on tour, so I have put together some notes for you read through. I am pleased to say we have 16 players & there family’s booked to go on this holiday, that’s a total of 58 of you!!! I wonder how many parents will stay sober!!! Let’s hope the weather’s good & the tournaments go well, have fun but stay safe.

Well what a GREAT response so far, thank you for all those that have replied & shown at great interest in going on this holiday.
Cost
£59.00 per person – £25 deposit per person required by 25th November
Accommodation type
4 sharing 2 bedrooms
6 sharing 3 bedrooms
7 & 8 sharing 3 bedrooms & put up bed in lounge
Vauxhall Holiday Park is a 5* Park.
Tournament times are 3 - 3 ½ hours per day for 3 days
Morning 9.30 – 1pm or Afternoon 1.30 – 5 pm
Monday – arrival anytime & use facilities. Check in 4pm
Tuesday – Tournament
Wednesday – Tournament
Thursday – Tournament & presentation night
Friday – check out by 11am & spend the day on site or drive home
It’s 11 a side tournament. If we cannot get a full team each then the A & B teams will join together to make one team. (under 14’s have already booked same date & venue)
