Hiremech – Olympic Delivery Authority Meeting About Us We are the exclusive London dealer for the Caterpillar range of fork truck and warehouse equipment. Our dealer and distribution agreements include other respected manufacturers of a wide variety of equipment ensuring a cost effective solution to all your needs. We have been established since 1994 and have been expanding steadily since. At present we have 600+ forklifts on hire to both national companies such as Curry’s, Access Storage and to single truck users whom are entirely dependent on us for their materials handling requirements. Our Products & Services We are a One-Stop-Shop providing solutions to all your materials handling needs. Offering Sales of new, used and refurbished equipment, Hire, Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs, Parts, Forklift Operator Training and Mega Electric Utility Vans. Hire Whether it is a seasonal peak or our clients do not wish to engage in a long-term commitment, we have an extensive range of equipment available to meet their needs, directly from our fleet. We offer short term hire from a week to a whole year, with or without driver, delivered by our own transport directly to our customer’s site. All our machines are in tip top condition compliant with Health & Safety regulations. Sales We offer highly competitive rates on new and used Caterpillar equipment. We stock hundreds of quality used forklifts, drawn from our rental fleets, which have been maintained and serviced from new by us. All used and new equipment are LOLER certified and come complete with our comprehensive warranty, ensuring peace of mind. Service, Repairs & Parts We offer emergency breakdowns, contract servicing, Loler inspections and Parts for any make or model. With fully equipped vans and diagnostics equipment our highly skilled engineers strive to ensure minimum down time for your business. We have a maximum four hour response to your all emergency call outs. Periodic Maintenance Agreements offer our clients peace of mind, we carry out pre-set servicing and inspections as a preventative measure against breakdowns due to poor maintenance of your forklift truck. Loler inspections are a legal requirement, similar to car’s MOT which must be carried out at least once a year in compliance with Health & Safety regulations. FREE Forklift Operator Training It is a legal requirement that all lift truck operators have been trained on the truck type they use and hold valid certification. We offer FREE industry recognised RTITB forklift training and a ‘Specialised Plant and Machinery Operations NVQ’ qualification, in conjunction with Learning Skills Council, covering all forklift truck types and levels of experience. Our experienced trainers we will enrich candidates with all the safe practice techniques and methods, at our training centre in Tottenham or on client’s premises. All successful candidates are awarded the NVQ which is equivalent to 5-GCSE’s along with the appropriate forklift certification. Mega Electric Utility Vans We are one the very first companies to introduce the all electric Mega commercial van into London. The van is congestion charge free, emissions free, road tax exempt and can be charged from a 13 amp socket. With a capacity of 3m³ it can accommodate a normal pallet. They also have a 5m³ of advertising space. With many London boroughs offering free charging and parking, these little vans are a welcome addition to any fleet, operating in and around the congestion zone.
