- The club has been running since the mid 90's, formed as Pavilion AFC, named after team sponsor Pavilion located at Buckstone Terrace.
- Formed by Gary McKenzie, who is now a referee within the Edinburgh area.
- Originally played at a pitch just off Frogston Road.
- Around season 00/01, team name changed to St Andrews for a season, named after new team sponsor St Andrews (pub based in Myreside/Craiglockhart area)
- Season 01/02 saw the team name and sponsor changed back to Pavilion, as it is still to this day.
- Overall top goal scorer is Renato Margiotta with more than 150 goals during his playing career with Pavilion.
- Chris ‘General’ Prentice has made the most appearances (250-300 games) during his playing career of more than 10 years with Pavilion.
