A point at Coniston would normally be viewed as a good result for newly promoted Rangers in what is their longest trip of the season,but unfortunately the visitors came away frustrated,having failed to convert their overwhelming superiority on the day into goals.

Indeed Coniston,playing their first match of the season,mustered only one shot on target and two corners throughout the entire 90 minutes as rangers laid seige to their goal.
