"Tommy" enjoyed a long career as a player around both the Hertfordshire & Peterborough Areas before turning his hand to management and 4 years as a Referee where he was promoted every year.
Managerial triumphs include a League & Cup double of a Sunday morning side in Letchworth when aged just 19, 2 Northants Cups and a promotion as Brotherhoods manager in the early 90's, 2 Peterborough Premier Division wins, 2 PFA Senior Cup wins, 2 Jack Hogg Trophy Wins and 2 Hunts Senior Cup Final appearances, with the last a famous 1-0 victory over UCL Premier side St.Neots in Ortonians last ever game.
Tommy then moved into the United Counties League with Peterborough Northern Star and was division 1 runner up in his first season, before going 1 better the following year and winning the League, adding the Northants Junior Cup for good measure. He then became Director of Footbal at the club and oversaw a promotion to the Premier Division the following season and took charge of the side as they overcame Southern League side Biggleswade Town in the final of the Hinchinbrooke Cup.
Tommy moved on from PNS in January 2011, joining Peterborough Sports within 2 weeks and becoming Chairman in the summer of the same year
