A valiant display from the Knights as they went down 2-1 to Huntington who in the end were glad to hear the final whistle, Knights found themselves 2-0 down within 6 minutes. The first coming from the left wing as Ben Lumley was just outpaced the Huntington player strode into the penalty box keeper Liam Hartas rushed off his line but couldnt stop the shot. Knights then were 2-0 down an early midfield ball peirced the defence who were pushed too far up to the half way line the Huntington striker outpaced the defence and fired past the hapless Hartas . Gradually Knights clawed their way back into the game and they reduced Huntingtons lead with free kick Matty Smith's strike curled into the top corner of the net this spured the Knights Greg Fawcett gave a great display throughout the match as did all the team . Huntington olny came close one more time and Hartas dived at full stretch at the foot of hios far post. In return Ashley Walker headed over as did Adam Ridley late on Knights were unlucky 5 minutes from time when the referee judged a harsh offside which only needed a tap in Knights pressed to the last seconds but failed to score a deserved equaliser .

Great season and not really expected improvement throughout has been significant and coach Gary Dawson deserves all the plaudits SEE YA NEXT SEASON
