FC Rising sun was formed this season 2006/2007. from the existing Stevenage Boro Seniors FC,When club Secretary Staurt Brailsford Approached Richard Pirie & Paul Baker and asked for the double mangement team to take over the running of the club.
The mangement pair of Richard & Paul have had success with The Mallard FC (sat & sun ) winning league titles and cups in every year as managers.
they then moved on to manage the old Rising sun FC (formley pig & whistle) winning the stevenage sunday league division two & division two cup.
so their first season in charge of FC Rising sun they had to live up to a lot of expectations, which they did by winning the stevenage sunday league division two league title, and reaching the last 32 of the Herts Intermediate Cup.
not a bad record to date.
