Poole Town F.C. is a football club based in Poole, England. Established in 1890 and joined the Western League Division Two in 1930. Won the Western League title in 1957 and reached the First Round Proper of the FA Cup four times . Currently members of the Wessex League Premier Division playing at Tatnam, Poole, and finished the 2008-09 season as champions and Dorset Senior Cup Winners. Poole is the second largest settlement (by population) in England without a Football League or Premiership team. The largest is Dudley in the West Midlands.
