Biography

Michael Lynch is a Banbridge man but has lived in Portadown for a while. He is an avid football supporter following Portadown, Northern Ireland and Arsenal?? for his sins.

Michael has been with the club for a few years now, originally starting of as the U12 manager in the 2004/05 season. He progressed with this team until the end of their U15 season. During that close season he went right back to the start by taking the managers role at the U8 team for the start of the 2008/09 season.

He was elected to the Vice Chairman's position in 2007 and took over the Chairman's position, albeit in an Acting capacity, in late June 2011 following the resignation from the Chairman's position of club founder member Ricky Steenson.

Michael is both an IFA qualified coach and an IFA qualified referee.
