Powick 'A' FC
Welcome to the Official Website of Powick ‘A’ FC.
Powick ‘A’ FC were formed in 2006 under the name Powick FC Reserves, as an expansion team to the long standing Club Powick FC (www.powickfooty.com).
Their debut season, 2006/07, saw the side clinch The Worcester & District Sunday Division 4 Title. The success achieved in that season led way to the side being re-named to emphasise their equality to the Powick FC.
Initial plans to re-name the side Powick Knights, in memory of Ken Knight (founder member of Powick FC), were halted by The WFA, which led to the name Powick ‘A’ FC.
The new name saw new silverware as Powick 'A' FC went through the 2007/08 season unbeaten to capture the Division 3 Title.
The side is all set to start 2008/09 campaign in Division 2
