A NEW TEAM IS BORN.

The under 9s first game was Sandfields blues, despite being slaughtered it was a game that could easily have sent us back into the dressing room, with all players doing what was expected of them, they played well.

After a little team talk our second game was great Talacoppa, Keeley caused havoc all over the field, not letting them create anything,  Lauren on the hand was a rock in defence and shots were deflected or stopped. Kian was not afraid to get stuck in, and produced some fine tackles.

A lucky shot ,a wet muddy ball slipped through Jacks fingers for their one and only goal. Well played team.

Our third game was our best despite losing 5-2, Kristian, Cameron and Dylan playing well, but the two players who stood out were Jack who produced some fantastic saves using every party of his body, and Rhys who was put through to score two brilliant goals, by Cameron and Dylan. We held them till half time at 2-2 but then they created a few goals to beat us. Well done to all the team, wont be long before we are winning all our games.

All three games this weekend were pretty much the same, the three girls Keeley, Lauren & Georgia doing their best and are improviving each week. Kian did a great job today running his legs off and hit the post with a cracking shot.Ryan looked good today & took on the Port Tennant defence on his own and slid the ball past their keeper, 3 goals this season out of 2 games, well done.

Cameron, Dylan and Kristian all did well, Kristian coming off in the second game with a bad knee. He'll survive.

I think thats everyone. wait a minute!!!! OUR GOALKEEPER Jack, had a fantastic game and if it wasnt for his brilliant saves we would have lost by a lot more goals. Well done to you all.
