Committee Meeting 11th October 2010.

On Monday 11th October Prescelli/Ragged held a meeting at
the Coracle Conway Road at 6-30.
In attendance was, Chairman Tony Blake. Under 14s Manager
Andrew Carter. Under 12s Manager Kevin Ryan. Under 11s Manager Glen Dean. Under 10s Manager Robert Palmer.
Not in attendance was, Secretary Ian Sparrowhawk. Treasurer Mike Jones. Under 13s Manager Paul Hopkins. Under 9s Manager Chris Elson.
(1) For 11-side- football, £35.00 a player. Mini Football, £30.00
a player. also a team must pay its own fines+training+ referees
fees. The club will pay Permits + Registration fees + team insurance + all teams trophies.
(2) 1010 Presentation Night.
Last Presentation with Garry Monk not turning up after he said he would, we should have a plan (b) so the next one we will have a disco with games for the players
Also we will do the food difference all food will be put on one
table and each team will only have so much to bring not to have to much waste.
(3) A sponsors contract to be drew up. What the club will give the sponsors for sponsoring us, (1) Logo on Team Shirts (2) A picture of Team in evening Post (3) Logo on Prescelli/Ragged Website link to their Website. (4) One Picture of the team with logo on kit in a Frame for them.
(4) Next committee meeting will be held on a Monday at St Thomas School in February 2011.
