The nearest tube station is Southfields on the District line. Come out of the station, take the 2nd left down Replingham Road to the end, then right along Merton Road and the entrance to the Aspire sports hall is a couple of hundred metres along on the left. Go into the car park and to the left and press the buzzer on the main reception doors to be let in.
