Queen Eleanor’s third season in the Combination saw us finish just outside the promotion places in 6th spot with a playing record of
P28 W13 D6 L9 F68 A68 Pts45.

Out of a possible 31 first team matches Mick Allen, Craig Young, Adam Parsonson and Dan Cotton all played 27 games. The first teams top scorer was Charlie Wixon with 12 goals followed closely by Dan Webster on 11 and Craig Young and Gary Jeffery with 10 and 9 respectively.

The good news is that the Reserves won the hospitality award with the first team coming 3rd. We also did well with the Reserves coming top and the first team second in the facilities league. In the linesman league Clive Ashton finished 17th out of 75 and Paul Rideout 55th.

On a sad note the club lost one of its longest serving members when Ron Davies passed away earlier in the season. He served Queen Eleanor through the years as a player, treasurer, chairman and vice president and will be sorely missed by one and all.

The Club's Annual Presentation Dinner/Disco was held on Saturday 28th April at Sixfields Stadium where guests had a 3 course meal with wine. The following trophies were presented:-
