Adam Started his Playing Career under Manager Neil Martin at the Albion where he was part of a squad that climbed to the heights of fourth in the table, Unfortunatley due to financial reasons the Albion folded at the end of that season, Following his release Johnson signed for the Brittania where He again enjoyed a top 4 finish in the league and also a place in the soccer bar cup final only to lose out on a penalty shootout, but due to a lack of games Johnson departed at the end of the season, After showing a desire to go into Managenment Johnson's next challenge was as Player/Assistant Manager for c8 FC, Managed by good friend John Harding, Although the side never really hit the heights in the league the side was a commited one and did turn a few heads despite finishing 3 places off the bottom of the table, Due to a Fall out with the sponsers over kit etc the side moved to the george where it enjoyed a good 2 year spell and 2 mid table positions in the league, Johnson then took a break from football for work related reasons before returning a year later with Neil Martins Queens Arms FC, Johnson was mainly an impact player during this time due to fitness issues with taking a break from the game but started playing a role behind the scenes, Following the end of the season however Johnson departed to Burnley due to work reasons, He had a breif stint with the Gala Bingo side which he helped to coach however a broken foot in the final game of the season left Johnson's playing career in tatters, following his return to barrow in january Johnson tried to return to football with queens but his fitness issues hadnt gone away and Johnson announced his retirement from football, Johnson is now playing a commercial role for the queens trying to help establish the side as a brand while looking for management oppertunities that may occur
