Being a team manager/coach takes an enormous amount of commitment, time and energy. You can make a big mistake going in blind and not knowing what's really involved in running a team. The attached information sheet (PDF file) should give you an insight into the roles and responsibilities before you decide to take the leap. Despite the long list of 'things to do' it can be an extremely fulfilling job and one that gives a great deal of satisfaction.
